Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Pulsiq, provided by Udomsak Insome. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Pulsiq.

1. The service

Pulsiq lets creators connect their social media accounts with read-only access, view combined analytics, and receive AI-generated insights. Features may change as we improve the product. Pulsiq is currently in early access and may be unavailable or change without notice.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by the platforms you connect.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in methods secure.
• Only connect accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.

3. Third-party platforms

When you connect a platform you also remain bound by that platform's terms. For YouTube, this means the YouTube Terms of Service. Platforms may change or withdraw their APIs at any time, which can limit what Pulsiq can show. You can revoke access at any time; see our Privacy Policy.

4. AI-generated insights

AI Pulse briefings are generated automatically from your statistics and may contain mistakes. They are suggestions, not professional, financial or legal advice. Check important decisions against the platforms' own analytics. You are responsible for the content you choose to publish.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other users' data, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, scrape it, or use it in violation of law or platform terms.

6. Plans and payment

Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices and plan limits are shown before you buy. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. Any refunds are handled as required by applicable consumer law.

7. Your data

You own your content and data. You grant Pulsiq permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect channels or request account deletion at any time; see Data deletion.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulsiq is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost revenue or audience. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Pulsiq at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if required to protect the service, users or platform partners.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
