Privacy Policy

Udomsak Insome ("Pulsiq", "we", "us") provides a social media analytics service that combines a creator's YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook statistics in one dashboard and generates AI-written growth insights. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: meawpong2008@gmail.com.

1. Data we collect

Account data

  • Your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
  • Waitlist sign-ups: your email address and the platforms you selected.

Data from platforms you connect

When you connect a channel, you authorize Pulsiq to access it with read-only permissions. For YouTube we request youtube.readonly and yt-analytics.readonly and store:

  • Channel ID, title, handle and avatar.
  • Daily channel statistics: views, watch time, likes, comments, shares, subscribers gained and lost, and subscriber totals.
  • Video metadata and statistics for your recent uploads: title, thumbnail, publish date, duration, views, likes and comments.
  • OAuth access and refresh tokens, encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and never shown in your browser.

Pulsiq never posts, uploads, edits, deletes or comments on your behalf, and does not access private messages.

Technical data

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect sign-in flows against forgery. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our hosting providers keep standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and debugging.

2. How we use data

  • To show your analytics dashboard, content rankings and channel comparisons.
  • To generate your AI Pulse: a summary of your own statistics is sent to our AI provider, which writes a briefing that we store in your account.
  • To keep your data fresh by syncing connected channels automatically (normally daily).
  • To operate, secure and support the service, and to contact you about your account or the waitlist.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

3. Google and YouTube data

Pulsiq uses YouTube API Services. By connecting YouTube you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Pulsiq's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use YouTube data only to provide the features you see in Pulsiq. Humans do not read it except with your permission, for security purposes, or where required by law.

You can revoke Pulsiq's access at any time from Pulsiq's Connections page, or from your Google Account permissions.

4. Who we share data with

We share data only with service providers that process it on our behalf:

  • Supabase: database and authentication (data hosted in Singapore).
  • Anthropic: AI model provider that generates your AI Pulse from a summary of your statistics.
  • Google / YouTube, TikTok, Meta: only to retrieve data from the platforms you connect.
  • Our hosting provider: to run the website and scheduled sync jobs.

We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.

5. Retention and deletion

  • Disconnecting a channel immediately revokes our access with the platform and permanently deletes that channel's tokens, statistics and video data from our database.
  • Platform data that has not been refreshed for 30 days (for example because access was revoked) is deleted automatically.
  • Deleting your account removes your profile, workspace, connected channels and AI Pulses. See Data deletion for how to request it.
  • Backups maintained by our database provider are overwritten on their normal rotation.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). OAuth tokens are additionally encrypted at rest. Database row-level security ensures each account can read only its own data.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and the EU/UK GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Email meawpong2008@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Children

Pulsiq is not intended for anyone under 13, or under the minimum age required by the connected platforms.

9. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in Singapore and the United States, with appropriate safeguards.

10. Changes

We will post updates here and change the "last updated" date. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the app.
