Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove your data from Pulsiq at any time. There are three ways to do it.

Option 1: Disconnect a channel (instant)

• Sign in to Pulsiq and open Connections.
• Click Disconnect next to the channel.
• Pulsiq immediately revokes its access with the platform and permanently deletes that channel's tokens, statistics and video data.

Option 2: Remove access from the platform

• YouTube / Google: open Google Account → Third-party connections, choose Pulsiq, and remove access.
• Facebook / Instagram: Facebook Settings → Apps and websites → remove Pulsiq.
• TikTok: TikTok Settings → Security → Manage app permissions → remove Pulsiq.

Pulsiq stops receiving data immediately. Data we already stored is deleted automatically once it has not been refreshed for 30 days, or immediately if you also use Option 1 or Option 3.

Option 3: Delete your whole account

Email meawpong2008@gmail.com from the address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my Pulsiq data". We will delete your account, workspace, connected channels, statistics and AI Pulses within 30 days, normally much sooner, and confirm by email.
